📋 Description

• Meet with high school students via zoom and their parents to do an assessment of their academic credentials, achievements and goals • Present the Empowerly comprehensive suite of college admissions programs and follow up with the families to help them enroll • Document and manage complete sales cycles, from qualifying inbound leads to selling Empowerly’s suite of solutions to families • Accurately forecast your sales pipeline • Degenerate direct referrals from the Empowerly customers you assisted • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned areas to reach sales goals • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to our students and families • Drive revenue to achieve individual and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Track all deal data in HubSpot (deal source, close time, etc.) to understand the best sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of quota-carrying, business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience • Availability to work 10am - 7pm PST and at least one weekend day/week • Strongly prefer candidates that have both B2C and B2B experience selling intangible products/services • Strongly prefer candidates that have experience selling within the college admissions consulting space • Consulting experience working with students to get them into top universities • Experience selling higher contract value education while exceeding quota • Experience selling intangibles • 3-5 Years of experience working remotely on an inside sales team • Knowledge of the college admissions space preferred • Consultative selling experience
