📋 Description
• Respond to customer messages on Amazon within SLA • Manage and dispute Amazon A-to-Z claims with strategic arguments • Request removal of negative feedback when applicable • Monitor daily metrics (ODR, VTR, OTDR, Late Shipment Rate) • Identify complaint patterns by SKU and report to leadership • Perform fraud prevention through profile analysis • Document each case with root cause and actions taken
🎯 Requirements
• Must reside in Brazil's North or Northeast regions • Hold or be willing to register an MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) • Own a computer and have a stable internet connection • Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours • Mobile phone available throughout working hours • Fluent in Portuguese • Intermediate English (reading and writing — systems are in English) • Experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • Analytical mindset • Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI)
