📋 Description

• Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp, delivering courteous and effective assistance. • Register and update customer records in the platform, keeping data current. • Clarify questions about using the platform and its features. • Guide customers through processes and system operations, following requests through to completion. • Log all customer interactions and monitor request progress to ensure customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience in customer service or support roles. • Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with customers across multiple channels. • Comfortable with technology, systems, and digital platforms. • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. • Available to work regular business hours (8 hours per day). • Previous experience with remote support and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus. • Problem-solving mindset, patient, and customer satisfaction–oriented.
