📋 Description

• Monitor bidding opportunities • Review tender notices and assess feasibility of participation • Prepare and register commercial proposals • Organize qualification/eligibility documents • Track deadlines and results • Support price quotations and supplier communications • Update spreadsheets and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or currently enrolled in higher education • Experience in administrative or commercial routines • Intermediate Excel (formulas, filters, data organization) • Experience analyzing documents • Home office setup (computer and internet) • Preferred: Experience with bidding processes • Knowledge of platforms such as ComprasNet or BEC • Must reside in São Paulo, SP (Brazil)
