• Exercises independent judgment to identify, recruit and contract potential providers for ComPsych’s mental health, legal, financial and well-being coaching networks. • Implements a range of sourcing strategies, both traditional and creative, to identify and engage active and passive providers, ensuring a robust pipeline for ComPsych’s provider networks. • Establishes and maintains relationships with provider groups as well as individual providers to ensure clients have access to strong local networks. • Negotiates provider rates in accordance with ComPsych’s established guidelines and procedures in order to finalize contracts. • Serves as the primary point of contact for contracted providers, handling escalations, answering operational questions, and ensuring provider satisfaction and service quality. • Facilitates the overall billing process with providers, including analysis and resolution of any billing or payment disputes. • Conducts necessary research and responds to provider inquiries in a timely and thorough manner. • Processes and responds to client complaints related to the global provider network. • Contributes to the continuous improvement of provider recruitment and contracting processes as well as department workflows. • Updates and manages provider information in our database to ensure accuracy. • Strictly adheres to medical confidentiality and applicable data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR in Europe, PDPA in Singapore, PIPEDA in Canada).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification from a recognized institution required. • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business; 3–4 years preferred. • Experience in healthcare, clinical services, insurance, employee benefits or other health-related fields is preferred. • Strong customer service and follow-up skills. • Experience with reporting, data analysis and using insights to make decisions and provide informed recommendations. • Proven ability to be creative and to solve problems effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to meet daily production targets and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer information systems required. • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and French required. • Experience working in multicultural or international environments is preferred. • High level of professionalism, integrity and cultural sensitivity.
