📋 Description

• Build and optimize GoHighLevel automations for inbound lead management. • Develop and maintain n8n integrations between GoHighLevel and other business systems. • Create AI chatbots and conversation flows to engage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads. • Manage CRM pipelines and lead stages to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up. • Build automated appointment booking, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up sequences. • Write compelling nurturing copy for email and SMS automation campaigns. • Monitor and optimize workflows to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency. • (Preferred) Build reporting dashboards to track lead sources, campaign performance, and conversion rates.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel. • Strong experience building automations for inbound lead handling. • Hands-on experience with n8n integrations (required). • Experience building AI chatbots and conversational workflows. • Experience managing CRM pipelines and lead tracking. • Experience creating appointment booking and follow-up automations. • Strong copywriting skills for lead nurturing via email and SMS. • (Preferred) Experience with Mindbody and the Mindbody Marketing Suite. • (Nice to Have) Experience building reporting dashboards and tracking lead sources and conversion metrics.
