📋 Description

• Provide technical and operational leadership for the development team • Ensure efficient execution of projects • Maintain systems and drive technological evolution of the corporate environment • Coordinate activities, monitor key indicators, and support architectural decisions • Ensure the team has the necessary resources and guidance to execute projects • Conduct follow-up, alignment, and prioritization meetings • Support hiring processes and technical evaluations
