📋 Description

• Own RFP/Proposal pricing, scope of services, service level agreements, and operational assignments • Own sales presentation discussion/support for the system demo • Responsible for system demo preparation • Provide content and support for all presentation materials • Own preparation and performance of operations team members participating in sales activities • Own the Statement of Work through the contracting process • Influence operations team staffing based on client scope and design requirements • Provide oversight through implementation to ensure alignment of scope to delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • 5+ years in the benefits administration outsourcing industry • Experience in sales organization • Experience using conferencing technology such as Zoom or WebEx • Experience with CRM tools Salesforce • Familiarity with health benefits administration products • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Excellent cognitive reasoning, analytical, planning and process development skills • Working experience with project management • Ability to demonstrate versatile decision making in a fast paced environment • Relational skill in working as part of a team.
