📋 Description
• Atender y asesorar clientes mediante servicio telefónico • Brindar soporte y atención al usuario • Gestionar solicitudes y requerimientos de servicio al cliente • Trabajar domingos y festivos con horarios rotativos, con un día de descanso semanal • Prestar el servicio bajo modalidad de teletrabajo autónomo
🎯 Requirements
• Técnico, Tecnólogo o estudiante en curso o aplazado de mínimo tercer (3er) semestre aprobado • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cargos de servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en atención telefónica • Si estudias, debe ser jornada nocturna • Vivir en Cúcuta • Habilidades de servicio al cliente, comunicación asertiva, negociación y capacidad de asesorar • Experiencia en soporte telefónico, conectividad, atención telefónica, atención al usuario y atención al cliente
