• Brindar atención y soporte al cliente exclusivamente a través de canales escritos de chat (no llamadas) • Resolver dudas sobre compras, estado de órdenes, servicios y productos • Registrar y documentar correctamente todas las interacciones y casos en la plataforma de la empresa • Mantener altos estándares de calidad y cumplir métricas operativas • Participar en el desarrollo continuo junto al equipo de liderazgo
🎯 Requirements
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como Customer Service Representative (CSR) • Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente general es un plus • Excelente nivel de comunicación escrita y gran atención al detalle • Dominio comprobable de francés • Residencia en Colombia • Disponibilidad para cumplir horarios asignados bajo modalidad 100% remota en Colombia • Estudios Bachillerato / Educación Media
