📋 Description
• Build a mock-up environment of the current COMS NR and COMS NS on the NATO Software Factory • Replicate Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, installed plugins, Jira processes, low-side/high-side workflow tracking, hand-over/take-over mechanisms, dynamic wiki page publication, and dynamic page templates • Identify and document functional and non-functional COMS requirements in NATO AQAP-conforming format • Organize requirements to facilitate production of the demonstration video • Produce a recorded video introducing COMS and demonstrating the requirements • Securely host the video, deliver a copy to NCIA, and keep it available through contract end plus two months • Present a live online demonstration of the COMS mock-up environment to invited industry members • Ensure the demonstration environment is available and fully operational • Participate in project coordination and reporting mechanisms defined at the kick-off meeting
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of excellent knowledge in Atlassian JIRA Datacenter administration • 5+ years of excellent knowledge in Atlassian Confluence Datacenter administration • Prior experience working on the NCIA COMS Environment • Excellent knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python • Excellent knowledge deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure environments • Excellent knowledge of Java, Groovy, and ScriptRunner • Strong experience in dynamic content management and JIRA-Confluence integration • Strong experience managing metadata in Atlassian Confluence, Office and PDF documents, and Microsoft SharePoint • Strong understanding of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence instances, including database-level workings • Experience managing Linux servers, preferably RedHat • Project manager must hold NATO SECRET security clearance • All other contractor personnel must have NATO RESTRICTED authorization • Contractor must provide an appropriate number and composition of qualified personnel; NCIA expects 3 persons • Work must be executed fully at the contractor's facilities
