📋 Description
• Support clients with day-to-day D365 Business Central issues and requests • Assist with system configurations and small-scale customizations • Document client needs and work with senior consultants to deliver solutions • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs • Learn business processes in finance, operations, sales, and other areas • Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Report to the BC Practice Leader within the Client Care POD
🎯 Requirements
• Recent graduate or early-career professional in IT, business, finance, or a related field • At least B2 level of English • Problem-solving ability and comfort working with systems or data • Curiosity about business operations through ERP platforms • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development • Prior exposure to Dynamics 365 Business Central, other ERP systems, or basic programming such as AL or SQL is a bonus, not required
