📋 Description

• - Lead and execute direct-to-end user sales efforts in a "hunter" model • - Achieve annual sales targets within assigned territories • - Provide market feedback to sales leadership, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability • - Collaborate closely with the sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives • - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers • - Daily prospecting and pipeline growth into assigned territory of physician practices • - Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and sales forecasting • - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our solutions and expand our market presence • - Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field • - 3 to 5 years’ experience in direct to end user sales role in a “hunter” model within the physician practice market • - Collaborative approach with commitment to meeting and exceeding targets • - Proficiency in healthcare SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle • - Proven ability to make strong connections with prospective clients to overcome objections • - Knowledge of tools such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • - Analytical and problem-solving mindset with superb attention to detail • - Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • - Experience calling on physician office practices, and knowledge of physician revenue cycle a must • - Experience with industry practice management systems such as Veradigm, Greenway, AdvancedMD highly sought.
