📋 Description

• Architect and lead complex platform projects from design to deployment • Enable engineering teams with robust CI/CD capabilities through reusable patterns, automation, and security-first practices • Design scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools • Build and optimize cloud-native architectures across multiple cloud providers with cost efficiency in mind • Engineer containerized environments with advanced orchestration, networking, and security • Deliver internal platforms and self-service capabilities that improve developer experience and reduce friction • Implement observability stacks including metrics, logs, traces, and proactive alerting for reliability • Champion security and compliance across infrastructure and delivery pipelines • Architect secure, scalable networking solutions for hybrid and cloud environments • Drive continuous improvement through automation, scripting, and tooling • Lead and mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and influence technical direction • Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and plan for capacity at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in CI/CD, automation, and pipeline architecture • Mastery of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) and config management (e.g., Ansible, Chef) • Strong AWS architecture skills and cost optimisation strategies • Advanced containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) • Proficiency in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) • Security-first mindset with hands-on experience in access control, encryption, and incident response • Solid networking knowledge, including protocols, routing, firewalls, and cloud networking • Experience integrating and optimizing software delivery ecosystems (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins) • Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Go, etc.) • Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills • A knack for solving hard problems and making systems better
