📋 Description

• Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics, including Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance • Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis • Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models for scalable self-serve analytics • Automate Key Result (KR) reporting to eliminate manual compilation • Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics • Advanced SQL mastery • Extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery) • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics • Python/ETL scripting skills are strong pluses • Participation in internal and external meetings via video calls, as necessary • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary • For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs • For positions requiring business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
