📋 Description

• Monitor marketplace activity to detect suspicious behaviours and prevent fraudulent transactions. • Analyze data to identify fraud patterns, emerging risks, and new attack vectors. • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to design and improve fraud detection and prevention systems. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts for ongoing fraud monitoring. • Support the creation of policies and procedures to strengthen fraud prevention and customer trust. • Investigate escalated cases and recommend actions based on risk assessment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or trust & safety within a marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, spot patterns, and draw actionable insights. • Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection, or rule-based systems. • Proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
