⢠Govern and steer strategic initiatives within the business unit and ensure alignment with corporate objectives, and prepare and present strategic updates and recommendations to the executive board and senior management ⢠Develop country-specific strategies to drive revenue growth and monitor measurable impact ⢠Lead go-to-market activities to identify new business opportunities ⢠Shape product and portfolio management according to market requirements and optimize the supply chain to increase regional competitiveness and cost efficiency ⢠Define operational excellence and track operational milestones and KPIs (on-time, on-cost, on-quality)
⢠Proven experience in market strategy, business development, or strategic project management in the energy or wind industry ⢠Background in corporate or strategy consulting is an advantage ⢠Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management ⢠Fluent in English and German; additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French) are a plus ⢠Strong analytical and planning skills with a demonstrated record of delivering measurable business results ⢠Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and boards ⢠High empathy and emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and foster collaboration
