📋 Description

• Direct collaboration on strategic initiatives and growth projects within the core team • Build and optimize scalable processes, workflows, and internal structures • Analyze markets and competitors and support the creation of pitch decks and sales/marketing materials • Further develop our service portfolio and actively shape new initiatives related to growth, efficiency, and positioning • Prepare, structure, and coordinate internal and external communications • Take on smaller project responsibilities and closely collaborate with partner and client teams

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying economics/business administration, communications, technology, or a related field • Ideally you have initial experience from internships, part-time jobs, or projects in startup, consulting, or sales environments • You have an understanding of artificial intelligence and its possible applications • You are proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) • You work independently, are structured, and think in a solution-oriented way • You can quickly get up to speed on new topics • You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written (minimum B2)
