📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document business needs • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs • Manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with experts and engineers to support solution design • Provide guidance to delivery teams to reduce ambiguity • Communicate effectively through presentations, emails, and meeting notes • Support cross-team coordination and backlog refinement • Review delivered features to ensure alignment with requirements • Facilitate planning sessions and perform data analysis • Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Ten years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex software platforms • Experience in Agile software development lifecycle • Strong technical analysis skills to translate business needs into specifications • Advanced communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Jira or similar tools • Ability to perform data analysis using SQL, BI tools, or similar platforms • Additional exposure to Python/Django and API-based systems is a plus • Experience in energy, sustainability, or utility-related domains is a plus
