📋 Description

• Lead the Technical Pre-Sales Process: Serve as the primary technical partner to Sales throughout the commercial lifecycle—from initial qualification through contract execution. • Develop robust energy storage models that quantify lifetime performance, degradation, efficiency, availability, and ROI. • Strengthen Technical Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical due diligence requests with speed, accuracy, and credibility. • Collaborate with Marketing to develop application notes, white papers, case studies, and technical content that articulate differentiated value.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline. • 5+ years of progressive experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including system design, applications engineering, integration, technical sales support, and service. • Strong working knowledge of secondary battery chemistries, degradation mechanisms, system architectures, and operational limitations across diverse duty cycles. • Familiarity with competitive energy storage products in the market and the ability to clearly articulate differentiated technical value.
