Enforce is a subsidiary of BTG Pactual specializing in opportunistic and distressed asset management and recovery. The firm acquires, structures, manages and sells non-performing loans and complex assets (including opportunistic real estate), provides advisory services to funds, investors and institutions, and conducts public debt collection and judicial recovery work. Enforce also invests in proprietary technology — including AI, big data and custom algorithms — to support asset analysis, management and recovery processes.

📋 Description

• Work on the platform with a strong focus on MLOps/LLMOps, backend, and integrations. • Build and maintain automation pipelines for continuous deployment of ML and LLM models. • Monitor model performance, detect drift, and automate reprocessing/retraining. • Develop and integrate APIs for communication between AI models and internal systems using FastAPI. • Work with advanced orchestration in Kubernetes and Airflow to ensure scalability and resilience.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in MLOps: automation, testing, versioning, monitoring, and model governance. • Hands-on experience in LLMOps, including deployment, prompt management, and output monitoring. • Strong background in backend development, RESTful APIs, and FastAPI. • Proficiency in SQL and a good understanding of data modeling. • Solid knowledge of statistics for analysis and validation of model results. • Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Ability to take ownership of projects. • Comfortable bridging technology and business areas.
