• Lead customer onboarding and configuration projects for Engageware’s Appointment Scheduler • Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs • Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations • Conduct solution overviews and demos using real customer data (MVPs) • Provide project status updates and coordinate issue resolution • Customize solutions using Appointment Scheduler’s administrative interface and tools such as HTML, XML/XSL, JavaScript, Python, SQL • Map and import client data into Appointment Scheduler using CSV or XML files • Configure integrations with systems like Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Salesforce, SSO, and conferencing tools • Work with REST/SOAP APIs for advanced configuration and integrations • Deliver training for users, admins, and stakeholders • Troubleshoot business and technical issues • Share client insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates • Help customers implement best practices based on Engageware’s deep experience as a leader in the appointment scheduling space
• 10+ years implementing enterprise applications in a technical or consulting capacity • Strong technical aptitude with experience in system integrations and APIs • Post-secondary degree in a technical field • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Wrike • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • SaaS experience, especially with scheduling, workflow, or calendar products (preferred) • Financial services industry experience (preferred) • Salesforce admin certification or equivalent experience (preferred) • Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
