📋 Description

• - Deliver exceptional customer service and support to users • - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner • - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while communicating with customers • - Provide product and service information to customers accurately • - Identify potential areas for improvement in service delivery • - Supporting users of our reward programmes as well as providing technical support in a B2B capacity to our clients

🎯 Requirements

• - Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred • - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus • - Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism • - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous • - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment • - A clear understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience • - Ability to work well in a team setting, while also being self-motivated
