📋 Description

• Own end to end delivery of Consumer Flex implementations for enterprise customers • Lead complex integration projects across multiple systems and stakeholders • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout implementation • Drive project planning, timelines, and execution across parallel work streams • Identify and resolve blockers proactively to keep projects moving • Travel frequently and work on site with customers to ensure successful delivery • Ensure successful go live and support initial rollout phases post-implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience delivering software implementations in enterprise environments • Proven track record of owning complex, multi stakeholder projects end to end • Strong project management and execution skills (planning, coordination, delivery) • Experience working with technical integrations and engineering teams • Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills • Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains • Highly structured, organised, and proactive in driving progress • Nice to haves: • - Experience in energy, climate tech, or adjacent industries such as fintech or other complex integration heavy environments (e.g. core banking platforms) • - Experience from product led or engineering led organisations • - Experience working in fast scaling startups
