• We’re looking for a full-stack Ruby on Rails developer who thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments • Someone who’s energized by building quickly, adapting constantly, and taking ownership from concept to production.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails • Strong product thinking, ability to connect engineering work to business goals • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Proven ability to work with speed, autonomy, and foresight • ActiveRecord • ActiveStorage • Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus) • PostgreSQL • Redis • Sidekiq • Testing & Quality: RSpec, Capybara, Playwright, Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Integrations & APIs: REST APIs, Google APIs, Twilio API, Airtable API, Stripe API, OpenAI API • AI Monitoring and Observability • Experience or familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure handling of healthcare data.
