📋 Description

• Set and execute the product and solution strategy • Ensure every product initiative delivers meaningful business and customer impact • Program‑manage multiple strategic, cross‑functional initiatives • Actively evaluate and adopt emerging technologies • Deliver clear, concise, and compelling messaging to senior leadership • Monitor and improve the operating effectiveness of product operations • Build feedback loops using metrics and stakeholder input • Own and support vendor management initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of job experience • 3–5 years of people leadership experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field • 5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience • 5+ years of experience in healthcare • 5+ years of program or product management experience • Hands‑on experience with low‑code development or orchestration platforms • Experience presenting to and influencing executive‑level stakeholders • Exposure to vendor management, spend integrity/compliance, and applied analytics/AI solutions supporting financial controls.
