📋 Description
• Define Product strategy and lead ideation, development, launch and scaling of innovative products and features • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to craft long-term product strategy • Scope and lead the development of new product features to improve financial health of users • Manage a high-performing cross-functional product team • Coach and mentor junior Product Managers
🎯 Requirements
• 8-10+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments • Experience in the financial services industry (FinTech, challenger bank, etc.) preferred • Passionate about improving the financial health of Oportun’s members • Experience working on complex problems and delivering solutions • Excellent communicator with superb documentation skills • Collaborative with a track record of shipping impactful products
