📋 Description

• Provide HR consulting services for assessment, strategy development, and implementation of organizational initiatives. • Serve as an integral strategic business partner providing a broad spectrum of human resource support and leadership. • Support large volume of management and employees in assigned client groups to meet their workforce needs. • Partner with clients to understand and assess business direction based on current strategic plans. • Participate in the analysis and interpretation of data (engagement, talent acquisition metrics, productivity, patient experience, etc.); and progress of HR related goals. • Follow up with leadership regarding the status and progress of their action plans. • Implement and support all aspects of employment needs to achieve business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year/Bachelors Degree • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CRCR certification required • At least three years of previous HR Business Partner experience • Experience supporting 2,500 - 5,000 employees • Knowledge of HR laws • Familiarity with MS Office, Workday desired • Role does require up to 50% travel • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
