📋 Description
• elevate the effectiveness and satisfaction of the engineering organization • reduce friction across the software development lifecycle • operate as both builder and influencer in engineering capabilities • partner across Engineering, Product, Design, and Security • build and own tools and automation in SDLC • provide architectural guidance for cross-team systems • guide in measuring key SDLC performance indicators • mentor engineers on automation and platform engineering best practices • anticipate architectural or organizational gaps for future improvements • deliver lasting engineering capabilities across multiple teams
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in software development • strong focus on NodeJS, React, C# .NET • proven track record operating at Lead/Staff Engineer level • strong architectural thinking • exceptional written and verbal communication • passion for improving developer experience • strong hands-on experience with CI/CD • experience with cloud computing platforms
