📋 Description
• Lead and oversee ERP/CRM delivery teams (consultants, project managers, analysts) • Manage end-to-end client projects (scope, budget, timelines, quality) • Serve as strategic point of contact for key clients • Optimize delivery processes and best practices • Contribute to the development of ERP/CRM service offerings • Mentor, coach and develop internal talent • Monitor project and team performance • Collaborate with sales teams to support proposals and estimations
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) • Significant experience implementing ERP and/or CRM systems • Experience managing professional services or leading projects • Strong project management skills (budgeting, risk management, deliverables) • Experience with ERP or CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
