📋 Description

• Responsible for managing changes across an entire solution and/or has ownership for the end-to-end solution design and implementation technical oversight through to transition into Production for existing large clients and new logos. • Mainframe Base Solution Architect leverages knowledge of IBM mainframe technology to help document, shape, and direct the technology roadmap for Ensono and for our clients. • Works directly with senior executives and leadership to identify and address technology gaps, strategic goals, and business imperatives impacted by infrastructure technologies. • Suggests new technologies or new approaches to achieve business goals. • Develops methodologies to integrate technology innovation with existing governance and enterprise architecture processes. • Provides fully costed solution architecture to meet client and prospective client requests. • Maintains and updates documentation related to organization-wide IT activities and technology roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Typically requires a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience • Previous background with IBM mainframes, including previous experience as a systems programmer supporting complex mainframe environments • Foundational: ITILv3, ITSM Mainframe: IBM Storage Platforms (EMC, IBM, Hitachi, Oracle)
