📋 Description

• Own delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives spanning web, mobile and integrations • Turn requests into executable work by understanding goals, gathering context, clarifying requirements, identifying dependencies and open questions, documenting scope, and coordinating stakeholders • Follow initiatives through development, QA and release • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Design, QA, leadership, external partners and technical integration teams • Identify dependencies, unanswered questions, risks and scope changes before they become blockers • Ensure development, QA, support and documentation are aligned for release readiness • Improve the delivery process and feature development lifecycle • Provide leadership with visibility into status, risks and tradeoffs • Remove friction so engineers and designers can focus on their specialist work • Raise vague specifications, scope expansion, partner delays and unrealistic estimates early and clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning projects or technical delivery end to end rather than only tracking tasks • Ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear, actionable scopes • Strong written communication • Strong organizational skills across multiple simultaneous initiatives • Ability to identify missing information, dependencies and risks before they become problems • Comfort coordinating work across people with different specialties • Experience working with third-party partners or vendors • Comfort giving direct feedback and holding a line on scope, quality or timeline • Judgment about when to escalate, when to ask and when to make a decision • Enough technical curiosity and understanding to work effectively with engineers and technical integrations • Genuine ability to work asynchronously and communicate effectively in writing • At least 4 hours of daily overlap with the core team is required • Experience in product management or product operations, software development, systems analysis or QA, API integrations, PHP, Laravel, React Native, healthcare or fintech, or HIPAA compliance environments is a plus, but not required
