📋 Description

• Own technical integration design for new and existing customer onboarding • Provide API and SDK integration guidance to customer technical teams • Define integration specifications, data flows and authentication configurations • Identify, communicate and mitigate integration risks • Define network integration requirements, including connectivity, firewall rules and certificate exchange • Lead technical testing across pre-production and production environments • Diagnose integration faults, identify root causes and drive resolution • Define and execute integration test plans covering key flows, edge cases and security requirements • Support go-live readiness reviews and provide technical sign-off • Serve as primary technical integration contact for customer technical teams during onboarding • Communicate designs, requirements and readiness status to technical and semi-technical stakeholders • Manage technical dependencies and integration milestones • Provide post-go-live technical handover and documentation • Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Solutions Architects, Product and Hosting teams • Follow change management, release and integration governance processes • Maintain integration documentation, test outcomes and handover artefacts • Contribute to improving and scaling integration delivery processes, standards and tooling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field • 7+ years’ experience in technical integration, solution engineering or systems integration within a SaaS or fintech environment • Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SDK integration and web services architecture • Solid understanding of PKI, TLS/SSL, certificates and key management • Proven ability to own technical integration design from initial solutioning through to go-live • Experience engaging directly with customer technical teams in a delivery or pre-sales engineering context • Familiarity with ticketing and delivery tools such as Jira and Zendesk • Fintech domain experience, including EMV 3DS and Secure Customer Authentication (SCA), is nice to have • Scripting or automation experience is nice to have • Familiarity with Android/iOS mobile SDK integration is nice to have • Experience working in formal change and release-controlled environments is nice to have
