📋 Description

• Develop a strong understanding of the client's SaaS platform and how it works • Understand customers' Accounts Payable processes and how they adapt to the platform • Understand customer finance systems and mappings between finance systems and the platform • Understand and use SmartSync, the proprietary integration tool for Sage 50 and Sage 200 • Work with cloud finance systems including Sage Intacct and Microsoft Business Central • Prepare and set up tailored pre-sales demonstrations • Deliver demonstrations and support technical scoping during customer discussions • Work with the Onboarding team on setup and design requirements involving SmartSync or premium integrations • Build implementation plans and ensure correct execution • Work with existing customers on migrations • Act as technical lead on challenging implementations and provide post-installation troubleshooting • Maintain the knowledge base and create or update training and support articles • Scope and/or write plugins • Collaborate across Sales, Onboarding, and Support with stakeholders across the business

🎯 Requirements

• Strong IT knowledge across servers, SaaS, SQL, Windows, vibe coding, and APIs • Understanding of finance team functions • Excellent communication skills, including listening to and understanding customer requirements • Innovative mindset and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Strong experience managing and maintaining databases using SQL and Azure, including Azure infrastructure • Strong familiarity with Office 365, including OneDrive and SharePoint • Experience managing Windows-based environments, including services and scheduled tasks • Reasonable understanding of finance and its impact on technical systems • Experience working with APIs, particularly for integrating business-critical applications • Strong analytical skills and proactive technical problem-solving approach • 5–7+ years' relevant experience within Consulting, Customer Success, or Technical Support
