📋 Description

• Identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into clients • Contacting new and existing customers to discuss their needs • Emphasizing product features to showcase how they address customer challenges • Answering customer inquiries about products • Negotiating prices and terms, preparing sales agreements • Collaborating with colleagues across various sectors • Maintaining contact lists and nurturing customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the multifamily housing industry (a plus) • 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.) • A bachelor's degree • A genuine passion for sales and exceptional presentation skills • Ability to close deals and cultivate client relationships • Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline • Social intelligence and capacity to build lasting relationships • Proven sales results and a track record of success • Ability to work independently
