âą Perform daily bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks. âą Download bank statements from multiple client accounts. âą Classify financial transactions and accurately enter bookkeeping data. âą Complete monthly bank reconciliations. âą Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation. âą Monitor customer accounts and financial spreadsheets. âą Track monthly insurance commission payments. âą Identify outstanding customer balances and maintain accurate records. âą Assist in monitoring multiple financial accounts simultaneously. âą Send professional follow-up emails regarding unpaid balances. âą Communicate professionally with clients via email and messaging when needed. âą Monitor SignNow documents and ensure required signatures are completed. âą Assist with additional bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities as assigned. âą Maintain confidentiality when handling financial information. âą Continuously learn company-specific accounting processes and workflows.
âą 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. âą Hands-on experience using QuickBooks. âą Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and bank reconciliations. âą Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet skills. âą Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. âą Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and priorities. âą Strong organizational and time management skills. âą Professional written and verbal communication skills in English. âą Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required. âą Comfortable learning new accounting procedures and financial processes. âą Experience using Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms. âą Ability to quickly learn communication platforms such as RingCentral.
