📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of software and software subscriptions • Generate and deliver license entitlements, activation keys, and access credentials through integrated systems • Ensure customers are successfully onboarded and activated with minimal friction • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations by validating customer, product, and geographic eligibility prior to fulfillment of export-controlled software and licensing • Manage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and entitlement management to support a seamless activation experience • Provide ongoing TrustedCare support, resolving access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment issues quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability • A strong desire to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational outcomes • Adaptability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency • The ability to operate independently with minimal direction and oversight • Familiarity with SaaS or software delivery processes • Experience working with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, etc. • Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
