As a VP, Translational Immunology, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. • Your expertise in immunology and biomarker development will be critical in accelerating our mission to bridge the gap between discovery and clinical development—because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent in immunology, pharmacology, or a related life sciences discipline. • 10+ years of translational science experience in biotech or large pharma settings, with a focus on immunology and biomarker development. • Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful biomarker and translational plans. • Leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more. • Strong scientific communication skills, with the ability to defend and advocate for translational strategies across functions and levels. • A strategic thinker and collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment.
