📋 Description

• Oversee the complete customer billing process, from maintaining billing-relevant data and coordinating project milestones to preparing and sending invoices • Actively develop and improve finance processes and systems • Conduct independent ad hoc analyses and present results in a clear, audience-appropriate manner • Support the Finance team with accounting, reporting, and month-end and year-end closing activities • Create and maintain process documentation and internal guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in finance or accounting • Solid understanding of commercial processes • Initial practical experience in finance, ideally in a dynamic business environment • Initial experience with HubSpot is a plus • Good understanding of working with CRM systems • Advanced Excel skills, including producing meaningful analyses and confidently using formulas and functions • Hands-on mentality and an independent working style • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset • Ideally, fluent communication skills in German and English • Willingness to work in a scale-up environment and contribute your own ideas • Interest in helping shape the energy transition and identification with the company’s mission
