📋 Description

• Perform on-site services including installation, maintenance, process optimisation, and repair of large-scale industrial water treatment systems • Electrical diagnostics and ladder logic fault finding • Ensure contractual service obligations are met. • Deliver training to field staff and customers. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. • Conduct regular customer meetings to confirm lifecycle support. • Promote new technologies and rental assets. • Ensure remedial works are quoted to maintain uptime and maximise account value. • Assist with scoping, costing, and contract finalisation. • Support proposal development and commercial negotiations. • Provide input on market trends and growth opportunities. • Support marketing initiatives including trade shows and seminars. • Contribute to the development and promotion of new technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Essential: GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5 or above or equivalent) • Desirable: Engineering qualification at ONC level or higher • Proven experience in servicing and optimising large-scale industrial water treatment systems. • Strong technical proficiency in RO, ion exchange, filtration, and related technologies. • Excellent customer relationship and account management skills. • Commercial awareness and ability to identify upselling opportunities. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Positive health and safety mindset. • Competent in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting.
