📋 Description

• Collaborate with an experienced team of talent acquisition professionals to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies that address clients' immediate and long-term needs • Execute all phases of the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer signing • Create and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates from various industries and markets using multi-channel strategies • Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess and identify top talent • Communicate with both candidates and clients in a timely, professional, and genuine manner • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities and strategies to client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience hiring in an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment role • Demonstrated excellence in various candidate sourcing methodologies (headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, market mapping) • Strong client-facing experience and proven ability to manage senior stakeholder and hiring manager relationships • Solid experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision • Ability to demonstrate flexibility when priorities change and manage competing projects to exceed objectives • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment • Experience tracking and managing candidates in an ATS system • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
