• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients with accuracy and insight. • Oversee A/R and A/P, including payments, ledger reviews, soft costs, credit card charges, and cheque preparation. • Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations. • Prepare and file GST, PST, and WorkSafeBC remittances. • Create and maintain organized, audit-ready financial reports and records. • Collaborate with the team via Zoom and Slack to solve problems and share best practices. • Drive process improvements and embrace new technology to streamline workflows.
• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in Canada; legal industry experience is a strong asset. • Solid knowledge of A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and remittances. • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online/Desktop and legal software (e.g., Soluno, Clio, Unity); familiarity with PC Law, DocuSign, and Adobe Pro is a plus. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude. • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies. • Self-starter who's proactive, resourceful, and solution oriented.
