📋 Description
• Drive ePackPro's growth across the UAE territory by selling directly to restaurateurs, including restaurants, cafés, hotel F&B, cloud kitchens, independents and local chains • Identify, prospect and convert new clients across Dubai and the assigned Emirates cluster • Understand restaurateurs' realities and tailor the sales pitch accordingly • Build a strong pipeline and own the full sales cycle • Run qualified phone, video and field meetings • Deliver personalized demos of the ePackPro solution • Negotiate, close and smoothly hand over customers to internal teams • Feed market insights back to product, marketing and sales leadership • Help sharpen the sales playbook in a fast-scaling context • Maintain reliable CRM reporting and own KPIs including conversion, volume and velocity • Maintain consistent field presence across the assigned zone, representing ePackPro on the ground
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of field sales experience in the UAE with a real closing track record • Genuine hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting, convincing and closing • Established network among restaurateurs, F&B, hospitality, foodtech or food-hygiene suppliers • Multi-channel prospecting experience across LinkedIn, email and field sales • Results culture, action bias, autonomy and ownership • Fluent English and Arabic, both required • Valid UAE driving licence
