📋 Description

• Shape and execute the security engineering strategy • Lead and mentor a team of security and platform engineers • Architect secure cloud environments and ensure robust IAM practices • Strengthen compliance readiness by implementing best-practice frameworks • Collaborate across teams to provide holistic solutions

🎯 Requirements

• +10 years of professional experience in cyber security engineering • A first experience in a leadership role within an engineering-focused department • Desire to spend approximately 50% of your time hands-on • Ability to contribute to both technical and business strategy • Strong experience in Security engineering • Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2) • Experience in the payment or financial services industry is a plus
