📋 Description

• Configure the Performance & Goals, Compensation and Variable Pay modules with both technical and business process understanding. • Implement and support end-to-end performance appraisal cycles, custom workflows, calibration committees, feedback processes and cycle-tracking reports. • Implement and support fixed compensation plans, including budgets, eligibility rules, guidelines and custom fields. • Implement and support variable compensation plans, including payout logic, business targets and employee history. • Work on data integrations between Employee Central (EC) and Compensation/Variable Pay. • Provide consultative HR support, applying process perspective and best practices to translate business needs into functional solutions. • Collaborate with technical and functional teams, interacting with Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals (PMGM) modules.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module. • Proven experience with Compensation & Variable Pay modules. • Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, ensuring the integrity of the SAP SuccessFactors environment. • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement permanent solutions. • Propose and implement continuous improvements to increase system performance. • Provide functional support to users and engage with internal and external technical and functional teams. • SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management certification. • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay certification. • Experience developing reports in People Analytics (Stories). • Experience developing reports in BIRT and/or PRD. • SAP SuccessFactors Stories Reporting certification.
