📋 Description

• Perform functional configuration of the Employee Central (EC) module and related components, with understanding of technical aspects and business processes. • Implement and provide support for general requests and closing cycles. • Work on data integrations between EC and other systems. • Advise HR from a consultative perspective, with process-oriented vision and best practices, translating business needs into functional solutions. • Interact with technical and functional teams, collaborating with other HXM modules and legacy systems.

• Proven experience in the role. • Diagnose and correct technical and functional failures, ensuring the integrity of the EC landscape. • Perform root-cause analysis of incidents and implement long-term solutions. • Propose and apply continuous improvements to increase system performance. • Provide functional user support and interact with internal and external technical and functional teams.
