📋 Description

• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and environments • Define and document implementation technical requirements • Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and applications support personnel • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug software, computer, network, and wireless systems • Configure, document, and test software • Advocate for customers and drive resolution of escalated customer issues • Collaborate with project managers and functional leaders • Meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time • Work independently on mid-sized projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable consulting experience with demonstrated success and knowledge • 2+ years of consulting experience preferred • High school diploma • Bachelor's degree preferred • Troubleshooting methodology and skills • Ability to identify resource requirements, prioritize resources, and monitor project task performance • Ability to build strong customer relationships and participate in business and technical leadership discussions • Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter able to work independently • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including virtual presentations • Data-driven approach and commitment to process • Ability to travel up to 25% • Previous ERP or annual subscription sales model experience preferred
