📋 Description
• Recruit for Ontario Public Service and Canadian federal government roles remotely • Source candidates quickly and manage sourcing pipelines • Use Flex-track for tracking and recruitment workflows • Write skills matrices to assess candidates • Ensure compliance with government hiring practices and recruitment regulations • Match recruiters with customers and target candidates for specific industries, clients, and locations • Collaborate with distributed recruiting team in a remote work environment
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for roles within the Ontario Public Service or the Canadian Federal Government • Strong understanding of government hiring practices and compliance requirements • Experience using Flex-track • Experience in writing skills matrix • Fast sourcer • Good communication skills
