📋 Description

• Analyze and further develop the HR system architecture with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors • Design and implement integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors • Provide advisory services and best practices for modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding and Payroll • Prepare technical concepts and interface designs (e.g., SAP BTP, middleware) • Participate in migration projects and Go-Live phases • Collaborate with project management, developers and business units • Support pre-sales activities: participate in client workshops and presentations • Produce solution proposals and assist with tenders • Demonstrate SuccessFactors functionality to prospective clients

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Experience with at least one additional SuccessFactors module (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Off, Learning or Compensation) • Experience in pre-sales or strong presentation skills • Understanding of integration architectures (SAP CPI, BTP, APIs) is an advantage • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Hands-on mentality to support project delivery • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
