• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, YouTube, Display). • Brief and collaborate with our creative team to develop and refine ads based on performance insights. • Track and report on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV) and adjust strategy accordingly. • Stay current with platform changes, targeting trends, and creative best practices. • Contribute to our digital growth strategy and identify new acquisition opportunities.
• 2–3 years of experience managing Meta and/or Google Ads campaigns, ideally in a DTC or subscription context. • A proven track record of driving conversions and improving performance metrics like ROAS and CAC. • A data-driven mindset and comfort with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, or Looker Studio. • A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills—especially when working with creatives. • Bonus: Experience scaling performance creative, testing ad variations, or working with premium/lifestyle brands.
